Common Questions

Before we begin

Who does Kappa Strategy work with?

Consumer products leadership teams evaluating a commerce investment, addressing a performance issue, or building stronger digital capabilities. Engagements often involve several functions or brands, with work across North America and international markets.

How do you work with our internal team and agencies?

Ken works on the client side, helping leadership evaluate options and coordinate the work of internal teams and existing partners. Technical implementation support can be included where useful, with responsibilities agreed in advance.

What happens on the introductory call?

A complimentary 30-minute conversation about your business, the opportunity or issue, and what you have tried so far. You do not need a finished brief. We establish whether Kappa Strategy can help and what a useful next step would be.

How are engagements scoped and scheduled?

We agree on the objective, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, and timing before work begins. Support can take the form of a focused assessment, a defined initiative, or an ongoing retainer. Start dates depend on scope and availability.

Let’s Start the Conversation

Let’s discuss what your business needs next.

Whether you are evaluating an investment, addressing a performance issue, or looking for experienced support, a brief conversation can help establish a useful starting point.

Prefer to start with a note?

A few lines are enough. Ken reads every message personally and replies within two business days.
